The house
A real home, five minutes from everything.
Built as a family house and kept that way. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen and living room, and a back yard made for long evenings.
Kitchen & dining
Cook like you live here.
A full-size range and oven, big fridge, dishwasher, and a proper set of knives, pans and bakeware. Drip coffee and a French press, a kettle, a toaster, and a wine fridge that fits a weekend's worth of tasting-room finds.
The dining table seats six, and there's bar seating at the island for breakfast. Prosser's Saturday farmers market is a short walk away from May through October.
Bedrooms & baths
Three quiet rooms, two full baths.

King bed, en-suite bath
Blackout curtains, closet space, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Queen bed
Bright and simple, with a desk if you need to squeeze in a little work.

Two twin beds
Great for kids or friends. Shares the second full bath with a tub-shower combo.
Outside
Warm nights were made for this yard.
A covered patio with a dining table and a gas grill, a fire pit with seating for six, and a fenced lawn. Prosser gets around 300 sunny days a year and summer evenings stay warm long after dark.
Off-street parking for two cars, with room for a boat or a trailer if you're heading to the river.
